Heartsaver CPR/AED and First Aid Training
This course is designed for those with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in CPR/AED and First Aid to meet job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA) or other requirements or anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting. It is designed for people in the workplace who want to learn how to help an adult, child, or infant having a cardiac or choking emergency.
We also have a blended/hybrid course available. Students take the classroom portion of the course online when it's convenient for them. Then they will complete the skills assessment portion in-person with an Instructor from CPR For Us.
This CPR/AED and First Aid course teaches students critical skills needed to respond to and manage an emergency until emergency medical services arrive. This class will prepare students to provide CPR/First Aid and use an automated defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner. Also covered is choking relief in adults, children, and infants and what to do for sudden cardiac arrest in adults, children and infants.

- Injury emergencies
- Environmental emergencies
- Preventing illness and injury
- Opioid-associated life-threatening emergencies
- Optional modules in Child CPR AED and Infant CPR
Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive a Certification/Course Completion Card. This certification is valid for 2 years. We utilize different accrediting agencies to satisfy most industry requirements.
This class is a combination of the CPR/AED and First Aid classes.
